as the Controller, informs its clients \u2013 data subjects \u2013 that their personal data, to the extent specified in the special regulation and necessary for their unambiguous identification, will be processed for the purpose of carrying out the Controller&#8217;s business activities in accordance with Act No. 124\/2006 Coll. on Occupational Safety and Health and on the amendment and supplementation of certain acts, Decree No. 508\/2009 Coll., Decree No. 356\/2007 Coll., and other related legal regulations, and in accordance with the Controller&#8217;s safety
