their rights and legally protected interests that have been threatened or violated by the activities of the organization or the actions of its managers and employees. TI has adopted procedures governing the recording and systematic resolution of complaints. When filing an appeal, the procedure follows Art. 2, paragraphs 1, 2, and 3, and appropriately paragraphs 4 and 5 of the Directive for Handling Complaints.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-mr34kymq-bba24d52cf68bb80441a39989b77ba35 '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock oznamenie-col'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Anonymous appeals are not accepted.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-mr34skky-7740810bcab503eb17253ebebc916630 '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Appeals are handled by the Director of the Technical Department (Technical Manager) without undue delay:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>directly, in simple and obvious cases,<\/li>\n<li>by convening an expert group,<\/li>\n<li>through an on-site investigation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The members of the expert group are determined by the Director of the Technical Department. Usually, the members include the chief inspector or technical guarantor, the quality manager, and a representative of the affected workplace.
