Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. On your next visit, the browser sends them back to the site. This allows the site to remember your consent settings, for example.

3. What Cookies We Use

We categorize cookies as follows:

  • Necessary (Functional) – essential for the website to function and to remember your choice in cookie settings. Your consent is not required for their use (§ 109, para. 8 of Act No. 452/2021 Coll. on Electronic Communications).

Statistical Cookies (with consent only)

Marketing Cookies (with consent only)

4. Third-Party Services and Data Transfer Outside the EU

Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) – traffic measurement. Pseudonymous identifiers, visited pages, approximate location (country, city), device type, and browser are processed. According to Google’s statement, Google Analytics does not store visitors’ IP addresses. We retain data for 2 months.

Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited) – embedded maps on the Workplaces page. The map loads only after your consent. When displayed, Google receives, in particular, your IP address and browser data.

Data processed by Google services may also be transferred to the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which is subject to an adequacy decision by the European Commission. More information can be found in Google’s privacy policy.

Links to social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) are present on the page only as links. Their content is not embedded on the page. Therefore, data is not transferred to these services until you open the link.

5. How to Give and Withdraw Consent

When you first visit the site, a banner will appear where you can give, refuse, or set consent by category. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the “Manage Consent” button on the page. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to its withdrawal.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block necessary cookies, the site will not remember your choice, and the banner will appear repeatedly.

6. Your Rights

Information about your rights regarding the processing of personal data (access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability, complaint to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic) can be found on the Personal Data Protection page.

7. Changes to the Policy

We may update this policy, for example, when the services used change. The current version is always published on this page.
