Information Obligation of the Controller
pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”) in accordance with Section 19 of Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”).
Technická inšpekcia, a.s., with its registered office at Tomášikova 64, 831 04 Bratislava, Company ID: 36 653 004, as the Controller, informs its clients – data subjects – that their personal data, to the extent specified in the special regulation and necessary for their unambiguous identification, will be processed for the purpose of carrying out the Controller’s business activities in accordance with Act No. 124/2006 Coll. on Occupational Safety and Health and on the amendment and supplementation of certain acts, Decree No. 508/2009 Coll., Decree No. 356/2007 Coll., and other related legal regulations, and in accordance with the Controller’s safety documentation.
Retention Period and Disposal
Upon achieving the purpose of personal data processing, the Controller shall ensure the immediate disposal of personal data after the expiration of the periods in accordance with Act No. 395/2002 Coll. on Archives and Registries.
Rights of the Data Subject
Upon request, the data subject has the right to request access to their personal data and the rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing of their personal data, to object to the processing of their personal data, as well as the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
Processors, Transfer, and Profiling
- The Controller does not use processors for the processing of its clients’ personal data.
- The Controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country or an international organization.
- The personal data obtained are not subject to profiling or automated decision-making.
