Certification of quality and safety management systems in organizations. We perform certification primarily according to standards STN EN ISO 9001 (quality management system), STN ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety management system), and STN EN ISO 3834 (quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials). We will specify the scope and conditions of a particular certification based on your requirements and the type of operation.
Technická inšpekcia, a.s., based on accreditation by the Slovak National Accreditation Service (SNAS), performs:
• Quality Management System Certification – assessment of conformity with ISO 9001 requirements in a specific area of activity and supervision of the applicant’s quality management system.
Quality management system certification by Technická inšpekcia, a.s. can also be utilized for conformity assessment modules. Generally, the quality management system applies to the following modules:
MODULE D – production, final inspection, and testing
MODULE E – final inspection and product testing
MODULE H – design, production, final inspection, and testing
• Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification – assessment of conformity with ISO 45001 requirements and supervision of the applicant’s occupational health and safety management system.
ISO 45001 specifies requirements for an occupational health and safety management system, enabling organizations to manage risks in the area of occupational health and safety.
• Quality Management System Certification for Welding – assessment of conformity with ISO 3834-2, ISO 3834-3, or ISO 3834-4 requirements and supervision of the welding quality management system.
ISO 3834 specifies requirements for a welding quality management system, which enables a certified organization to demonstrate its ability to produce welded structures according to specified criteria.
After successful completion of the quality management system or occupational health and safety management system audit, Technická inšpekcia, a.s. will issue the applicant a certificate for the respective management system, valid for 3 years. During the certificate’s validity period, supervision over the fulfillment of certification conditions is carried out through periodic audits at least once a year.
