Request for Certification Quote
Applicants may submit a request for a certification quote at any Technická inšpekcia, a.s. branch or electronically to the email address maljarcik@tisr.sk.
The request should include:
a) general information about the applicant, such as name, address, legal status, company ID (IČO), tax ID (DIČ), contact person, and telephone and other contact details
b) a brief description of the activities to be certified
c) the standard according to which the system is to be certified
d) the number of people involved in the activities to be certified
Should an agreement be reached for the certification of management systems, a certification contract will be concluded with the client.
