As of April 1, 2025, Technická inšpekcia, a.s. has become a concerned legal entity pursuant to Section 22 of Act No. 25/2025 Coll. It assesses construction documentation for building intents, building projects, building projects for notification, and executive projects. Project documentation is assessed according to the Competence Act No. 124/2006 Coll., specifically according to Section 14(1)(e) and Section 18(5). Project documentation must be assessed if the building is intended for the fulfillment of the employer’s or entrepreneur’s tasks and contains technical equipment. Technical equipment refers to any technical equipment, including electrical, gas, pressure, and lifting equipment, as well as mechanical-technological equipment and production lines.

- a clause of compliance for the building project, if we requested the assessment of the building project during the building intent stage,
- a professional statement on the project for building notification and the executive project.
Scope of Assessment
- documentation is assessed in terms of meeting occupational health and safety requirements and the safety of technical equipment during construction and future operation of the building,
- documentation is assessed in accordance with the requirements of generally binding legal regulations for ensuring OSH as well as technical standards; we also focus on how the designer applied the requirement to evaluate unremovable threats, unremovable hazards, and perform a risk assessment in accordance with Section 4 of Act No. 124/2006 Coll.,
- in the output document, we will advise you on further steps for documentation assessment and commissioning in the case of classified technical equipment, machinery, and technologies.
