Technická inšpekcia, a.s. verifies the professional competence of companies and organizations for obtaining a license for selected activities on designated electrical equipment pursuant to Section 15 of Act No. 124/2006 Coll.
What must the application contain?
- Business name, registered office, and company ID of the applicant
- Type and scope of the requested activity
- List of personnel with professional competence
- Employment contract with an employee holding the relevant proof of professional competence
- Adequate method of ensuring the performance of the activity from a technical, personnel, and organizational standpoint
Verification Procedure
- Registration of the application at the TI office
- Assignment of the file to a specific inspector
- Sending the verification plan to the applicant for approval
- Verification of professional competence
- Issuance of an expert opinion and granting of a license for an indefinite period
