Reporting Anti-Social Activity pursuant to Act No. 54/2019 Coll. on the Protection of Whistleblowers
A report may be submitted in writing, orally, by email, or by fax.
Written Report
Written reports may be sent to the following address:
Technická inšpekcia, a.s., Tomášikova 64, 831 04 Bratislava.
Envelope Marking: The envelope containing the report must be marked: Report – Anti-Social Activity – DO NOT OPEN.
Oral Report for the Record
An oral report for the record may be submitted through the responsible person, who is JUDr. Ivan Trebatický, lawyer – controller.
Email Submission
Reports may be submitted by email to the responsible person’s email address: trebaticky@tisr.sk (subject: “Report Anti-Social Activity”). This method of submission is available 24 hours a day.
Investigation Period
The responsible person shall investigate each report no later than 90 calendar days from its receipt. In justified cases, the responsible person may extend this period by a maximum of an additional 30 days. The whistleblower shall be immediately informed of this fact, as well as the reasons for the extension, unless it is an anonymous report.
