Technická inšpekcia, a.s. performs safety verification of machinery and technologies in accordance with Section 14 of Act No. 124/2006 Coll., in conjunction with Section 5 of Government Regulation of the Slovak Republic No. 392/2006 Coll.
Safety verification is performed
- Upon initial commissioning – after the first installation of work equipment
- When the equipment’s location changes after its installation in a different place
- Upon re-commissioning of equipment imported from EU member states
- Regularly within specified periods according to operator requirements, manufacturer’s technical requirements, and recommendations from an independent accredited inspection body
- Whenever exceptional circumstances occur that may jeopardize safe operation
