Technická inšpekcia, a.s. verifies the professional competence of companies and organizations to obtain authorization for selected activities on designated pressure equipment, in accordance with Section 15 of Act No. 124/2006 Coll.
What must the application contain?
- Applicant’s business name, registered office, and Company ID (IČO)
- Type and scope of the requested activity
- List of professionally qualified employees
- Employment contract with the employee and relevant professional qualification certificate
- Appropriate method of ensuring the performance of activities from a technical, personnel, and organizational perspective
Verification Process
- Registration of the application at the TI workplace
- Assignment of the file to a specific inspector
- Sending the verification plan to the applicant for approval
- Verification of professional competence
- Issuance of an expert opinion and authorization for an indefinite period
