Assessment of Design Documentation – Pressure Equipment
Section 5 of Decree No. 508/2009 Coll.
Technická inšpekcia, a.s., as an Authorized Legal Entity (ALE), assesses the design documentation of specified pressure equipment before its manufacture or installation. This assessment is mandatory for equipment in Group A and Group B, according to Decree No. 508/2009 Coll.
Scope of Submitted Documentation
- Manufacturer’s name, address, and ID number
- Equipment characteristics, including classification into a group
- Description and function of the equipment
- Assembly drawings and main components
- Calculations of important structural parts
- Risk assessment documentation
- List of applicable regulations and standards
Technická inšpekcia, a.s. will issue an Expert Opinion on the Documentation if the documentation complies with safety and technical requirements.
