A pressure equipment inspection technician must demonstrate professional competence to perform professional inspections and professional testing of classified pressure equipment. Professional training and examinations are conducted in accordance with Decree of the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Family of the Slovak Republic No. 508/2009 Coll.
Requirements for Inspection Technicians
- Professional education in the relevant field
- Experience in the field of pressure equipment – at least 2 years for university graduates or at least 5 years for secondary school graduates
- Completion of professional training organized by Technická inšpekcia, a.s.
- Successful completion of the examination before the TI examination committee
- Medical fitness
