Periodic Official Inspections of Pressure Equipment
Section 12 of Decree No. 508/2009 Coll.
Technická inšpekcia, a.s. performs periodic official inspections of specified pressure equipment at regular intervals. A periodic official inspection is a verification of whether the specified technical equipment meets the conditions for safe and reliable operation and whether it is operated in a safe manner.
The repeated official test is performed
- Within the intervals specified in Annex No. 5 to Decree No. 508/2009 Coll.
- Before returning the equipment to service pursuant to Section 9(2)(c) of Decree No. 508/2009 Coll.
The applicant shall provide for the test
- Accompanying technical documentation
- Records of performed professional inspections and professional tests
- Other necessary documents (upon mutual agreement)
- If necessary, a revision technician and qualified equipment operator
The inspection is performed based on an application.
