The area of competence
The area of competence for verification of expert competence and certification of persons is related to those persons who perform:
- tests of classified technical equipment
- expert inspections and expert tests of classified technical equipment
- repairs of classified technical equipment
- operation of classified technical equipment
according to § 14 section 1 letter c) of the Act no. 124/2006 Coll. on safety and health protection at work in the wording of the Act no. 309/2007 Coll. in all branches of productive and non-productive spheres.
Scope of the competence
Scope of competence of the Certification Body TI CO for the area and activity, which are the subject of certification including the legislation is given in following table:
